Return Process

  Log into your DUFT account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the generated return slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
